Which Miracles of Christ?
The first miracle of Christ which jumps out at me as I gaze toward the bottom of this cross is the raising up of Lazarus from the dead. Whenever I read this story in Sacred Scripture, I am always amazed by the compassion Christ showed and how emotional He was about His friend’s death. In this detailed depiction, Christ holds his hand out to Lazarus, who is still wearing his burial clothes.
At the top of this wood piece is a marvelous depiction of Christ’s first miracle – the transforming of the water into wine at the wedding in Canaan’.
To the left we see Christ healing a blind man and to the right Christ feeds the crowd with few loaves of bread and fish brought to him by his disciples.
Hanging Catholic Wall Decor in your house.
Some people are shy about displaying their faith to their friends and family but one way we can share our faith is to display Christian art on our walls. Imagine a friend or a family member wandering over to take a look at this wall hanging and asking you about the meaning. This piece is a wonderful conversation starter. It is also a reminder that the Miracles of Christ are not limited to 2000 years ago. If we have faith in God, wonderful miracles can happen in our own lives.
